شبیه سازی برج تقطیر دیوار میانی جهت جداسازی دی-متیل-اتر از مخلوط آب و متانول

چکیده

یکی از روش‌های صرفه جویی در مصرف انرژی و هزینه‌ها در برج های تقطیر سه و یا چندجزئی، استفاده از برج های دیواره میانی است. برای جداسازی دی متیل اتر از آب و متانول از دو برج تقطیر استفاده می شود، که به منظور کاهش مصرف انرژی می‌توان بجای آنها از یک برج تقطیر دیوار میانی استفاده کرد. در این مقاله ساختار دیوارمیانی برای جداسازی دی متیل اتر از آب و اتانول شبیه سازی شد و با دو برج تقطیر معمولی مقایسه شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که ساختار برج دیوار میانی در میزان خلوص محصول جانبی متانول تاثیر مثبتی را به همراه دارد. در این ساختار کاهش بار حرارتی برای چگالنده ها حدود %24 و برای ریبویلرها حدود %7 مشاهده شد.

چکیده [English]

Use of dividded wall column was one of the methods to save energy consumption and costs in multicomponents distillations. For separation of dimethyl ether from methanol and water, two distillation column were used. To reduce the energy consumption, dividded wall column can be used instead of two distillation columns. In this paper, a divided wall column was simulated and compared with a conventional distillation tower for an industrial case. The results showed that the divided wall column structure has a beneficial outcome in the product’s purity (methanol). In divided wall column structure, the heat load of the condenser and reboiler was reduced to about 24% and 7%, respectively.
