In this article, after reviewing the different methods of risk assessment using FEMA's applied method, first the oil and gas assets of the border provinces were screened, then based on the threats based on the identification and evaluation of the vulnerabilities, and the risk of each asset was calculated and at the end with In order to protect the infrastructure, solutions are provided to reduce the risk in the oil and gas infrastructures of the border provinces. یکی از مهمترین راهبردهای هر کشور به منظور پیشرفت یکپارچه و همه جانبه همه مناطق، توسعه زیرساختهای انرژی با هدف گسترش صنایع، ایجاد اشتغال، ارائه خدمات عمومی و جلوگیری از مهاجرت ساکنان مناطق مرزی است. لذا کاهش آسیب‌پذیری زیرساخت‌های نفت و گاز به دلیل نقش مهمی که در زندگی دارند، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است، زیرا وقفه‌ای هرچند کوتاه در ارائه خدماترسانی زیرساخت‌های نفت و گاز، آثار جبران ناپذیری را به فعالیت‌های مختلف کشور در شرایط بحرانی که کشور با کمبودهایی مواجه می‌باشد، وارد می‌کند. در این مقاله پس از بررسی روشهای مختلف ارزیابی ریسک با استفاده از روش کاربردی فما ، ابتدا داراییهای حوزه نفت و گاز استان‌های مرزی غربالگری شده، سپس بر مبنای تهدیدات مبنا به شناسایی و ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیریها پرداخته و ریسک هریک از دارایی‌ها، محاسبه و در پایان با هدف مصونسازی زیرساختها، راهکارهایی برای کاهش خطر در زیرساخت‌های نفت و گاز استان‌های مرزی ارائه می‌شود. https://www.farayandno.ir/article_697493_9c5980428d22706afe0627dbedb02c81.pdf
