The aim of this study is Understanding organizational culture based on Denison Model in National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company.And survey methods applied and the descriptive nature of data collection. In this study, the Denison model than newer and more complete models to be used in a corporate culture based on 4 involved in the work, consistency, adaptability and mission or the mission is evaluated. A questionnaire was used to collect data. After analyzing the data, the Denison organizational culture based on the National Refining and Distribution Company in four dimensions are average and above average. However, a number of indicators such as "team-oriented", "develop capabilities," "integrity" and "customer" needs improvement. The results of the research model was a LISREL software represents a good fit.
