Abstract

Today, the rotary kiln fuel consumption of liquid fuels to natural gas fuel for energy management and optimization of this type of ovens and burners are one of the major challenges for the industry.In surveys conducted in industries that are associated with a rotary furnace and heat source of liquid fuel to gas fuel Or in the oven, the oven temperature problems are due to lack of proper control.The problem of product quality, energy consumption, raw materials costs, maintenance costs and adverse impact on their life.Fuel and air are calculated using a computer program developed in this study can be used to predict the amount of air required for combustion.Estimate and determine the range of the rotary kiln temperature can be properly exploited.
