Talent management role in the preservation of human resources potential in the Oil Products Distribution Company Sari area

Abstract

The main reason of this research to study the role and relation of talent management in preserving and talented human resources in national distribution company of petroleum is Sari region.. The methods of this study is cross sectional survey and sampling method is stratified random. For this purpose, a questionnaire designed to measure the role of talent management, distributed among a sample of 95 staffs and officials of bachelor’s degree or higher. In order to analyze data, SPSS software and T-test are used. The findings of this research show that four factors of talent management that are not leaving talented people in organization, stability and job security of talented people, create a talent treasury and not empting key positions are respectively the most important results in talent management in organization.
