Abstract
One of the newest technologies in wastewater treatment is the combination of the biologic process with membrane separation , that is growing very fast in this industry. MBR process with combination of sedimentation unit, Aeration and filtration in a reactor, replaced instead of usual treatment process that is using for all kind of wastewater with a good efficiency in pollution removal but fouling is the most important problem in it, that decline the MBR efficiency .So founding membrane critical flux and working under this flux ,is an important help for dissolving this problem. In this lab research polymeric membrane critical flux in MBR poilot measured in RIPI for Tehran refinery of DAF unit wastewater and with using of flux step method and ther diagrams critical flux specified.
