Abstract

The aim of this study was to Examine the relationship between the financial Services compensation with is productivity manpower.Procedure descriptive survey of correlation. The population consists of all staff of the National Refining and Distribution company to number 714. Morgan using 250 randomly selected examples. In this study of tow questionnaire financial Services compensation and manpower productivity were used. They confirmed the validity of the use of experts and professionals and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha, respectively, 75% and 82%, respectively. To test the hypothesis Spearman test and regression analysis of variance was used . The results showed that between the financial Services compensation with dimensions (financial direct and indirect financial) with manpower productivity at the National Refining and Distribution company there is a significant relationship
