امکان سنجی استقرار سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات بهره ور فراگیر در منطقه 3 شرکت پالایش نفت آبادان

چکیده
پالایشگاه ها از یک سو بزرگ ترین مصرف کننده انرژی در بخش صنعت ایران و از دیگر سو، تبدیل کننده و تولیدکننده انرژی هستند. نتایج تحقیقات نشان میدهند تا کنون مطالعه ای در حوزه ی پیاده سازی و استقرار سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات بهره‌ ور فراگیر در پالایشگاه ها و به خصوص شرکت پالایش نفت آبادان انجام نشده است. لذا از آنجاییکه نظام نگهداری و تعمیرات بهره ‌ور فراگیر دیدگاه‌هایی اصولی در تغییر فرهنگ، بینش کارکنان، جذب علائق، دل‌بستگی و احساس تعلق خاطر آنان به دارایی‌های سازمان را شامل می‌شود، در این تحقیق استقرار سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات بهره‌ور فراگیر در منطقه 3 شرکت پالایش نفت آبادان امکان‌سنجی شد و میزان تأثیر عوامل ساختاری و عوامل انسانی در پیاده ‌سازی این سیستم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

چکیده English

Refineries in the industry's largest energy consumer on the one hand and on the other hand, converting and producing energy.The results show a few studies in the field of implementation and deployment of system maintenance in refineries and the oil refinery in Abadan do not. In fact, today is the special importance maintenance organizations. Total Productive Maintenance TPM sweeping views of fundamental change in culture, attitude of staff, attracting interest, attachment and sense of belonging to their organization's assets include. In this study, the implementation of comprehensive productive maintenance system in Abadan oil refinery feasibility and the impact of structural and human factors in the implementation of efficient maintenance system inclusive TPM was examined.
