The Caspian Sea areas due to the geopolitical situation and also huge energy resources, especially oil and gas is crucial. In recent years, competition over energy resources in this area has increased between the regional actors and trans -regional that this matter In addition to emerging tension and confrontation between actors, it have exacerbated instability and insecurity on the area . In addition to this how to transport Caspian Basin energy , proposals and the proposed routes is added on the insecurity and instability for energy transformation from different countries . While pipelines as a catalyst is for promoting cooperation of regional and economic ties between the countries , that in terms of national interests it can includes different gains for each of the countries participating in the project and In addition to economic benefits and development of national capacities, it can lead to creating by a factor of peace and stability and increased national security of countries involved on the project and the development of cooperation between them. Due to being Iran in the center of the world's energy heartland and being intermediate ring between the Caspian Sea and the Persian Gulf, Participation of Iran in the global energy transit and security in addition to the economic benefits it is caused by dependent on the international economy to Iran and this can be improved Iran's national security.
