Knowledge and expertise of human resources, especially its staff, and everything depends on the readiness. And commitment have more abilities to better promote the efficiency of the organization will be involved .the foundation and starting point of all these changes, is job training. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between in-job training at empowerment and organizational commitment Golestan region is petroleum Distribution Company. The research methodology was descriptive, correlational survey the population was 100 person and sample of the study was the 88 member using simple random sampling method Morgan table is obtained. Library and field research data were collected using a questionnaire tool is used. The reliability of the questionnaire-using Cranach’s alpha and confirmed the validity of the content method. To ensure the reliability of the questionnaire distributed among employees by applying the 19th version of SPSS statistical software using Cranach’s alpha coefficient for each questionnaire (f) suitable correlation methods offered. Job training is independent variable. Empowerment and organizational commitment are dependent variable for ensuring of normality variables is used Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and Pearson and regression and variants to hypothesis test. The results showed that the in-job training at empowerment (merit feeling-selection right-effective feeling-significant job) and organizational commitment (affective-continuance-normative commitment) NIOPDC Company Golestan there is a significant relationship.
